Kristin maintains a strong reputation among EUA employees and clients and is highly respected for her market knowledge, responsiveness and quick follow-through.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin. She is a licensed Architect with nearly two decades of experience advising and partnering with healthcare organizations in transformative strategic planning, facility programming and master planning, design and construction.  Kristin was named as one of Milwaukee’s “40 under 40” in 2010 in recognition of her commitment to transforming healthcare environments in the community, and is active of several boards in the Milwaukee area.

 

Personal

Kristin has been married for twenty years to Eric Dufek, also an Architect in the Milwaukee area. They have two young daughters who keep them active in the school and local community. In their limited available free time, they enjoy exploring in nature, whether it be a local hike in the Kettle Moraine or one of the awe-inspiring National Parks. Kristin maintains a fierce loyalty to her alma mater, Notre Dame, and cheers for the Irish any chance she gets.
