The role included navigating numerous mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, as well as stewarding the brands and guarding intellectual property, while maintaining the integrity of the firm in a highly-regulated business and setting a long-term strategic vision. She
oversaw the security of the company and managed the extensive real estate holding and facilities. She also was responsible for the crisis management functions and mitigated numerous risks to the business. Her career began at the company as legal counsel for sales, and she worked closely with distributors and state regulatory bodies. She then added marketing to her responsibilities and was able to navigate the legalities of an aggressive advertising campaign. She also was instrumental providing guidance on new innovations, while navigating operational and distribution partnerships.
