Lindsey Linder has been at the C-level of several companies as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to 2019, she led the process in the selection of the Board Chair and was a Governance Committee Member at ASQ – World Headquarters, serving over 140 countries. She has also served on the Advisory Board for the Management Leadership Team at Marquette University.

Lindsey has demonstrated success at attracting, motivation and retaining employees at several manufacturing companies and an international nonprofit organization. After Covid and during an unprecedented labor shortage, Lindsey rebuilt a second shift with a high caliper of talent, resulting in a 20% increase in productivity. Beyond her people skills, she regularly identifies and implements business practices and processes to accelerate performance of organizations. At Perlick’s, a Consumer Products manufacturing company, she led the strategic growth effort, capitalizing on a culture of family values. To advocate Lean Manufacturing, Process improvement SIOP (Sales, inventory, operations, and planning and to introduce a project management system with the goal of improving Gallup 12 engagement scores by 25% and become a viable Baldridge applicant, she recruited a new department of six people. By building programs to advance careers across the company, she drives organizational excellence. She was an Adjunct Professor from 2011 to 2019 and taught courses in the Master of Human Resources and MBA programs. She has been a Group Vice President at Broan-Nu Tone, a company with 2,500 employees and had similar roles at Rexnord Industries. She was Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Director of HR for ASQ a Non-profit membership organization that helps quality professionals serving 140 countries.
