Ninveh is a committed local leader in her Milwaukee community, including PEARLS, an organization providing at risk girls with a safe place, skill development and self-esteem building that leads to better life choices and an opportunity to realize their full potential. She has served on the executive board, committee, and advisory board roles, including leading governance, development, and marketing committees for 10+ years.
She has supported Marquette University’s College of Business by serving as an advisory board member for 5+ years, supporting the College’s growth and innovation strategies, educational curriculum development and strategies to connect Midwest businesses to the university’s businesses with their future-ready workforce.
Ninveh also serves as a steering committee member on Milwaukee Women, Inc., an organization focused on achieving balanced representation of women on corporate boards for Wisconsin businesses.

She is passionate about bringing the best future-ready people, technology, and practices together to create customer-centric marketing and digital engagement to achieve business results. She has helped industrial clients launch aftermarket service and support revenue streams, redesign market access to enable direct and indirect digital commerce and design new ways to drive adoption and loyalty with 3rd party channel partners.
During her 25-year tenure with Rockwell Automation, Ninveh led the Global Marketing organization, sitting as an extended member of the CEO staff. She was accountable for a $100M+ operating budget, with 350+ employees globally, focused on maximizing revenue growth, market share gains and customer retention. In her 8 years in this role, she drove the investment and operational strategies for marketing and digital, helping the company achieve over 10% growth, through both economic cycles of growth and contraction.
In addition, she led a cross-functional, company-wide start-up digital business transformation initiative, to digitally enable go-to-market and customer experience touch points for market awareness, sales growth, channel enablement, customer retention and loyalty. She led the development of digital capabilities to enable growth and productivity for the company’s software and services businesses. She also served as a thought leader and business partner to the company’s channel and ecosystem partners, helping them map out their digital readiness, new market opportunities and talent strategies for the future.
