Nicole currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Southeast Wisconsin's largest senior living and healthcare organization, Cedar Community, and she has an award-winning media, marketing, business development, fundraising, and operations background. Nicole is truly a 360 business executive, who understands how to creatively, strategically, and effectively propel and support operational and revenue goals across key functional areas.

Nicole is a Credentialed Professional Gerontologist (CPG), through the National Association of Gerontologists. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Science degree in Gerontology and Management of Aging Services from the University of Massachusetts-Boston, and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy. She is a member of Sigma Phi Omega, the National Gerontology Academic Honor and Professional Society. Nicole is also an adjunct lecturer for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
