Professional Summary
Ms. Whaley has been the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Rexnord Corporation since 2012. In that position, she is responsible for all legal, corporate governance and compliance affairs including foreign and domestic mergers and acquisition, securities, commercial transactions, international trade, intellectual property, real estate, labor and other global legal strategies. She also serves as the Chair of Rexnord’s Benefits and Enterprise Risk Management Committees.
Prior to that, she held various corporate legal positions with Rexnord Corporation, Invensys plc and BTR Inc. Her legal career began as a litigation associate at the law firm of Wildman, Harrold, Allen and Dixon in Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Whaley received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
