Rose Spano Iannelli is a highly recognized executive search consultant.  She is the co-owner and founder of Spano Pratt Executive Search, a retained executive search firm and built this start up to be one of the top 50 search firms serving the nonprofit sector.  Known as a talent influencer, she designs search strategy including creating job scope and competency modeling to optimize selection.  Ms. Iannelli has facilitated hundreds of talent selection projects with boards of directors and their search committees and led high profile executive search projects to successful conclusion.    She has played a key role in the expansion of Spano Pratt geographically from local to national clients.  Efforts to lead the branding and marketing of the firm resulted in developing an active talent data base of over 40,000 profiles and launching Talent Tapas the organization’s newsletter received by 9,000+ subscribers.  Ms. Iannelli is responsible for client development and P & L which has also been her responsibility in prior roles including managing a $10M staffing portfolio. Recruiting high profile professionals from the community as keynote speakers, she successfully developed, facilitated and promoted a series of governance and employment discussions in partnership with the Business Journal.
