Susan Kreh is a strategic leader and partner to the CEO and his team at Oil-Dri Corporation of America (NYSE: ODC), a global mining and manufacturing company. Ms. Kreh has over thirty-five years of experience in progressive corporate finance and information technology positions including her current position as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for a publicly-traded company. Susan has prior experience as the CFO for Johnson Controls’ $7 billion global Power Solutions business where she spent 8 years following her tenure as $35 billion Johnson Controls’ (NYSE: JCI) Vice President, Corporate Controller. Susan also has experience as the General Manager of PPG’s global Optical Materials business having successfully led the introduction of new products from research to market launch. Following her success in general management, Ms. Kreh served as the Treasurer for PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) for 5 years. Interacting with board directors at PPG Industries, Johnson Controls and Oil-Dri Corporation of America for over 20 years, she has demonstrated tremendous value to Boards and shareholders through her excellent business acumen, foresight and execution. Ms. Kreh currently plays a key role with the Board of Directors in leading Enterprise Risk Management including developing and driving strategies to mitigate cyber security risk. She also adds value to the board as its representative with public shareholders as well as being a management representative on the Audit Committee, the Disclosure Committee and the Retirement Plans Committee.
